Collective Flow is in search of genuine, authentic, and passionate instructors to add to our yoga family.

Position: Yoga Instructor - Specifically with Sculpt Style Experience

Location: Collective Flow | 1533 E Belleview Pl Milwaukee WI 53211

Employment Type: Part-time | Must have 6:00pm Thursday availability

Responsibilities:

• Conduct safe, engaging, and well-structured yoga classes in studio and virtually for students of all levels.
• Create a positive and welcoming no judgement zone, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity among students.
• Provide personalized guidance to students to ensure proper alignment and progression in their practice.
• Tailor classes to meet the specific needs and goals of individual students, taking into consideration any injuries or limitations.
• Continuously develop and expand your own knowledge of yoga, anatomy, and teaching methodologies to enhance the quality of instruction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio space at all times.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required to stay aligned with the studio's mission and values.
• Uphold the studio's code of conduct and professional ethics in all interactions with students and fellow team members.

Qualifications:

• 200hr certified yoga instructor with yoga sculpt style experience.
• Prior experience with MINDBODY Online booking system is helpful.
• Experience in teaching group classes and providing individualized instruction.
• Ability to create a warm, supportive, and inclusive environment for students of all backgrounds and abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to give clear and concise instructions.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and promoting holistic living.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to upholding the studio's schedule and policies.
• Friendly, dedicated, and a team player who works well with others.
