Engage your breath, power up your body, and strengthen your mind. PowerFlow is made to challenge your practice by speeding up the sequence and introducing creative combinations of dynamic flows. Some yoga experience is recommended.

Discover moving meditation through this all-levels vinyasa class. By taking more time between poses, SlowFlow allows the mind to slow down and focus on flowing through transitions. All levels - no experience needed.

This is the only time you'll hear us say this, but... disengage your muscles. RestoreFlow is a Yin Yoga inspired class which aims to disengage the muscles to focus more on connective tissue, ligaments, and joints. Ground-based poses will be held for 3 - 5 minutes to allow gravity to do its work. All levels - no experience needed.

We are proud to offer Dragonfly's Yoga Up® style class. This class combines fitness and yoga, but unlike FitFlow, focuses less on flowing to the beat. Instead, this class provides a full body workout including yoga flows, cardio training, super sets, and stretches to give you an all levels weighted yoga experience.

In addition to YogaUp, we offer Dragonfly's Power Up® style class. This class is fitness based and rooted in high intensity training with both dumbbell and body weight  movements. PowerUp brings you high energy, variety, and a good sweat. All levels - no experience needed

Elevate your heart rate with a perfect mixture of high energy music, vinyasa-flow based yoga, and bodyweight & weighted exercises. FitFlow combines the best of yoga + fitness to sculpt the muscles and increase your strength. Bonus: extra motivation comes from flowing to the beat. Some yoga experience recommended.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first class to be positive the instructor can get you all signed up and settled. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle + yoga mat. You are welcome to walk in or register before hand.


We are not! Collective Flow is a non-heated studio, teaching all classes at room temperature.


We do not have showers, but we DO have amenities like body wipes, cooling spray, and hair ties to freshen up after class.
