Join us virtually or in studio for our weekly yoga classes. We offer 18 classes a week ranging in styles: vinyasa, sculpt, yin, and adaptive. All levels are welcome and encouraged to try all of our classes, as we make it a priority to give variations from beginner to advanced. We work to create a nonjudgmental and safe space for you to practice freely, try new things, and most of all, have fun with movement.
If you are an individual looking to strengthen your practice, start your journey movement toward a specific goal, or have tight areas you are looking to focus on, personal yoga or fitness sessions are perfect for you. Collective Flow offers personal sessions virtually and in studio.
If you are a corporation looking to offer your team and/or clients yoga or fitness services, personal sessions are also for you. We are proud to have worked with teams from Milwaukee Public School Systems, Herzing University, Medical College of Wisconsin, and more to make corporate wellness easy and accessible.
