Discover moving meditation through this all-levels vinyasa class. By taking more time between poses, SlowFlow allows the mind to slow down and focus on flowing through transitions. All levels - no experience needed.
relaxed, restored, super stretchy
This is the only time you'll hear us say this, but... disengage your muscles. RestoreFlow is a Yin Yoga inspired class which aims to disengage the muscles to focus more on connective tissue, ligaments, and joints. Ground-based poses will be held for 3 - 5 minutes to allow gravity to do its work. All levels - no experience needed.

Experience the best of both worlds with this Yin + Yang inspired class. Blended flow will guide you through 30 minutes of PowerFlow to cultivate a warm, active energy. You will then smoothly transition into RestoreFlow, where you'll rest into your cool, passive practice. All levels - no experience needed.

(Previously YogaUp) HIITFlow is a blend of high intensity interval training and yoga to find a whole body workout. This class is made to challenge you while use the breath and “racking” your weights to safely flow through sequences and exercises. You will leave feeling strong, motivated, and sweaty! Dumbbells are always used in this class.

(previously PowerUp) HIITCircuit is a high intensity class with low intensity options, using a blend of strength and cardio to create a well rounded workout. The goal of this class is to help you build your practice by strengthening your muscles and utilizing breath to power each movement - all from the four corners of your mat. There is no yoga asana in this class, and dumbbells are always used. As usual, this practice will be on your yoga mat with no shoes.

At Collective Flow, we aim to create a welcoming and balanced environment for everyone. To maintain fairness and availability, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 2 hours before the class start time.
Late Cancellations If you cancel within 2 hours of the class, the following will apply:
*all fees will be charged the following day and processed within 48 hours of late cancellation.
How to Cancel: You can cancel directly through the MINDBODY app.
We understand that life happens! If you experience an emergency, please reach out to help@collectiveflowmke.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
With our limited class capacity, it's important that we create space for those hoping to attend.
If you are unable to make a class you have registered for, please cancel at least 2 hours before class. This allows students on the waitlist ample time to plan and attend.
Failure to cancel class will result in the following:
*all fees will be charged the following day and processed within 48 hours of no show.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create an inclusive and accessible space for all.
We understand that enforcing these policies is new to our procedures. All students will receive one exemption to the Late Cancellation / No Show Policies and will not be charged upon the first occurrence.
If you will not make it to class on time, we ask that you switch to virtual or come back another time. Doors will be locked with a window covering promptly at the start of class. Please do not knock. Though we hate to turn you away, this protects the experience of all others who are already settling into their practices. If you arrive late without cancelling 2 hours prior, you will be charged a no show fee, as this takes a spot from someone else in class.
Walk ins are still welcome, however with classes filling up, we do encourage prior registration. Without prior registration, we cannot always guarantee space in class. To register for class ahead of time, sign up through the MINDBODY app or at our website.
