Aroma SlowFlow

Join Emily and Alyssa for a 45 minute slowflow enhanced with aromatherapy to heighten your senses. This team taught class will start the evening off right!

Engage with community during our wellbeing fair, The Wellness Exchange. This 1.5 hour session will include all access to self guided stations : 

The Restoration Station : the first 9 humans to snag All Access Passes will receive a chair massage from Abe with May One. All other attendees will have access to restoration in the form of acupressure mats, theraguns, foam rollers, etc.

The Carnation Station : build your own bouquet with beautiful stems from our local friends, Belle Fiori. Create an arrangement to take home + soak of the benefits of fresh flowers.

The Creation Station : decorate a community board, color mindful artwork, and create CF Fest themed buttons to take home.

The Food & Hydration Station : All Access Passes will receive festival meals from Beans & Barley, plus enjoy sponsored booze free craft cocktails from Curious Elixirs, specialty iced tea from Urbal Tea, and a variety of fun snacks sponsored by lululemon.

The CF Lab returns with this fun, funky, and high energy session. Pick your favorite pose to throw into the mix, and Mike will MC your class while you challenge Jess to create the sequence on the spot.
